The 27th street entrance will be open during business hours (9-5, M-F) to Ivy Tech students, faculty, and staff starting February 1, 2021.
Children and other guests are not permitted inside the building.

1. Search for the item you need on the library website.
Curbside requests will only apply to items currently available at the NMC library.
Reserve textbooks are not eligible for curbside pickup.

2. Write the Title, Author, Edition (if applicable), and ISBN. We will need that information when you place your request. If you are looking for several titles in a particular subject or genre, please contact a librarian to create a title list.

You should receive an email confirmation message within 24 hours to confirm your request.

Curbside pickup begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm.
1. Drive to the NMC Campus Library and park in the marked pickup/drop-off area on Illinois Street. When you arrive at your appointed pickup time, call the NMC Library to let us know you are here for pickup at 317-921-4782.
We will verify your name, C number, and requested items when you call.
2. Wait a few minutes. We will bring out your requested items. We will need to verify your pickup, and then you will be on your way. Please have your student ID available.

1. Renew: If the item you have is renewable, contact us before it is due, and we can renew it for you. You do not need to come to the library to renew items-- we can do it over the phone or online. Students may renew items from our general collection up to 4 times. Please read our policy for more information.
2. Return: If you are returning your items, please place them in the drop box in the vestibule on 27th street (the entrance leading to the tutoring center). The vestibule should be open all day, every day.
