Resources for Veterans

Are you on active duty, a reservist or no longer serving? This guide is set up to provide you with the tools to navigate vast informational resources available on veteran’s health issues and benefits, educational needs, employment opportunities and community connections.

Ivy Tech Veterans Affairs

The Veteran Services Office serves as a liaison between students who are veterans, their dependents and the Department of Veteran Affairs. The office assists students with veteran status and dependents of service disabled or deceased veterans with their educational benefits. As a veteran you may be eligible for financial assistance towards advancing your education.

Ivy Tech Community College is honored to be approved for enrollment certification of students eligible to receive educational assistance (G.I. Bill) from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (V.A.). If you have any questions, please contact Niki Hockenberry - Financial Aid Assistant/Veteran Affairs Representative; email FortWayne-VeteransAffairs@ivytech.edu; phone: 260-480-4143
