10:00-10:30 am: Setting the Agenda
Here's where we'll set the course for what we'll work on over the course of the day. Using an established process, facilitated by the local site coordinators, we'll take our ideas for things we're proud of and want to share, and challenges that we want to address, and organize them into breakout sessions.
10:30-10:45 am: Break and move to breakout session rooms
10:45-noon: Breakout Session I
We'll split up into smaller discussion groups, based on the topics we want to work on, and move to separate rooms or spaces to share ideas and solve problems together.
Noon-1:30 pm: Lunch, provided by the Academic Libraries of Indiana.
1:30-2:45 pm: Breakout Session II
This is our second opportunity to pursue ideas that we want to work on. We'll be in smaller groups again, working together to showcase our best work and address our biggest challenges.
2:45-3:00 pm: Break and reassemble into a large group
3:00-3:45 pm: Bringing it Home
Here's where we bring it all back together: what did we learn today? What are we going to bring back home to our libraries? How will we keep the conversation going?
