Compass Pointing to Career The Valparaiso Ivy+ Career Link office is excited to assist students, alumni, and employers in providing appropriate services that promote career exploration that leads to employment or continued higher education. Whether you’re a career changer or just out of high school, Ivy Tech Community College helps you prepare for success.

In making sure that you are making good career choices, the Ivy+ Career Link staff will assist you in exploring various career options and how they can be compatible with your interests, values, skills and personality. We help with this by using various tools such as:

Hire ivy
Where Ivy Tech students and graduates can connect with employers online. This free online system is designed for employers to post jobs and students to post resumes and search for positions.
Interview Stream
An interactive experience, contained within HireIvy, for individuals who want to prepare for job interviews. Users of the system can choose their own interview questions, complete self-evaluations and record their mock interview.
Ivy Career Strong
This is a career assessment platform for students. Take the SuperStrong® assessment to illustrate how your interests intersect with potential major and career pathways, and to learn which Ivy Tech programs could take you there.
Ivy+ Career Link - Career Development at Ivy Tech
Complete your Indiana Career Explorer Assessment and set up your HireIvy account. Career Development staff will help you with professional development, networking, and interviewing skills.
