The campus ID machine is in the library. IDs can be made anytime the library is open. The library is able to issue student IDs, student nametags, and employee nametags. See the boxes below for more information on what is required to for the different IDs.
Student IDs can be issued anytime the library is open. Students do not have to make an appointment to have an ID made. Students will need to bring a state issued ID (driver's license, State ID, passport etc.), proof of enrollment (printed schedule, MyIvy or IvyLearn app), and their student ID number.
Student IDs can be used to check out books, as ID at the Testing Center*, and for discounts at businesses.
*Some tests may require state issued ID. Please consult Testing Center for details.
Student nametags are used by students that go off campus for internship, practicums, or clinicals. To be issued a nametag, the student's name will need to be on a list submitted by the course instructor. Instructor permission is also needed if an ID replacement is needed. If the student does not already have a photo in the ID station database, we will need to see photo ID before a nametag can be made.
Employees that would like an employee nametag will need to bring state issued photo ID (see list in student ID section) and their employee ID number.
