Please have your Ivy Tech student ID to check out any material from your campus library. If you do not have a student ID, one can be obtained at Express Enrollment or the Bursar’s Office. If you are not a current Ivy Tech student, you may be eligible for a community patron account. Ask staff at the library desk for details or check our community patron policy.

Overdue and lost materials
Did you receive a charge for an overdue or lost library item? Don't panic! Visit the front desk to learn about payment options.
You can't borrow items if your late fees reach $10 or if you have overdue recalled or interlibrary loan items. Once you pay your balance, you can check things out again.
Fines and fees
You are responsible for paying any fines or fees for late return or non-return of library materials checked out in your name or on your student ID. Fines up to $10 can be paid in cash at the library desk. Fines over $10 and any credit card payments must be paid at the Bursar's Office.

If any item is lost or heavily damaged, the fine will be the replacement cost of the item plus a $5.00 handling fee. Once a lost item has been paid for, there are no refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to pay your fines and/or fees, your borrowing privileges will be suspended and you will not be able to register for classes, graduate or get a copy of your transcript until your account is paid-in-full. We are not able to accept credit or debit cards. Cash only.
You can renew the material you borrowed by the due date to extend the loan period. General Collection materials may be renewed up to four times. Textbooks can be renewed, with exceptions, in person at the library desk.
