Ivy Tech faculty, staff and currently-enrolled students are eligible to download the Microsoft Office 365 without additional cost.
1. After signing into Office 365 with your Ivy Tech email address, you will see the Office 365 Hub webpage.

2. Click on Install Office > Office 365 apps near the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. You may need to find the downloaded file and run it. In Edge, you can click on Run at the bottom of the browser.
4. If you get a popup, prompting whether to run the setup file, select Yes.
5. Office will begin installing on your computer.
6. After the installation completes (this may take a while), click the Close button.
7. Sign into Word, Excel, or PowerPoint with your Ivy Tech credentials. Once you sign into one of the apps, your credentials should be shared with the others.

2. Click on Install Office > Office 365 apps near the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Select the installer file from the downloads link at the right of your dock.
4. Select Install.
5. Depending on your Mac security settings, you may need to enter your system password to allow the installation.
6. When the download finishes, you will be prompted to sign in. If you are a student, you should sign into the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desktop apps with your Ivy Tech credentials.
Students with Chromebooks should call 888-IVY-LINE (1-888-489-5463) and choose option 4 to request access to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint via the web browser.
