About Accident Reporting
Reporting accidents is key to maintaining a safe environment for students, staff and visitors. The reporting forms shown below, useful for cases of bodily injury or property damage, will facilitate prompt delivery of reports to the appropriate college personnel. Report all accidents immediately.

Disability Services
The Office of Disability Support Services (DSS) provides assistance to students, who qualify for reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Reasonable accommodations may be granted, based upon verification with appropriate documentation, for chronic illnesses, neurological conditions, learning disabilities, psychiatric illnesses, mobility impairments, and other conditions or impairments that limit one or more of life's major activities.

Ivy Tech Community College provides a centralized way for a member of the college community to report concerns and incidents and address observed difficulties that may impede a student’s success at the College. Reporting concerns and incidents to college officials is beneficial to our students' and employees' success and safety. Reporting also strengthens the mission of the College and our educational environment.

IvyCares is here to assist you with finding additional campus and community support throughout your academic journey. Sometimes called “wraparound services,” IvyCares focuses on helping students connect with resources in the following areas: emergency transportation assistance, food security, mental health resources, technology assistance, and emergency aid funding.

The safety of students and employees is our top priority at Ivy Tech Community College. We want you to be safe and secure while you are on campus, so you can focus on your educational goals.
Sexual Violence Prevention
Ivy Tech Community College intends to provide a safe place for all students. Violent behavior, direct or indirect threats, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated. It is the responsibility of all students to help keep the school safe by monitoring their own behavior and reporting incidents involving other students who exhibit any form of violent or threatening behavior. Determination of physical assault, battery or forcible sex offenses will be grounds for immediate dismissal. A student may appeal these sanctions by following the appropriate appeal process. All student actions/behaviors are also governed by local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
