Located in room C-247 inside the Valparaiso campus library, the Relaxation/Reflection Room is an inclusive and welcoming space for students, staff, and faculty. The room is intended for contemplation, meditation, prayer, and relfelction. The goals of the room are stress reduction, resilience, personal development, and increased focus.
