    Desktop Computers

  • Computers located throughout each library
  • Log in with your MyIvy username and password
  • Can print from any computer

    Copiers/Printers

  • Each library has a black and white and color copier/printer
  • Printing is set to default to double-sided black and white
  • Black and white single page print or copy: $.05 per page
  • Black and white double-sided print or copy: $.07 per sheet
  • Color single page print or copy: $.30 per page
  • Color double-sided print or copy: $.45 per sheet

    Scanner/Fax Machine

  • Scan for free to email, flash drive, Google Drive, or OneDrive
  • Faxing is $.25 per side of a page
  • Coin machine only takes one dollar bills and change (Unable to use printing funds to fax)

    Anatomage Table (Lawrence Only)

  • The Anatomage Table is housed in the Lawrence library and free for you to explore and use. It is the only fully segmented real human 3D anatomy system

The following technology can be checked out at the library front desk. A student ID or drivers license will be needed to check out the items.

    Laptops (NMC Only)

    Headsets

  • Loan period: 2 hours

Wireless Printing Instructions

  1. Navigate to https://papercut.ivytech.edu
  2. Login with your MyIvy username and password.
  3. A summary page will load, showing the current balance remaining, the number of print jobs, and the number of pages printed. Please note that faculty and staff might see a negative balance, and this can be disregarded.
  4. Click on Web Print from the navigation window.
  5. Click Submit a Job.
  6. Select the appropriate print queue (color or black & white; single or double-sided).
  7. Click Upload Documents.
  8. You can either drag and drop a file into the window, or click on Upload from computer to select your file. Repeat this step if you want to upload multiple files. Please note the acceptable file types.
  9. Select Upload & Complete.
  10. Visit a Toshiba Multifunction Printer and Release the Print Job

  11. Locate a Toshiba multifunction printer on campus.
  12. Log in at the console on the printer using either your print fob or by typing your Ivy Tech credentials. The fob scanner is to the left of the printer console screen. 
  13. Select Print Release from the printer console.
  14. Select the print jobs you want to print, and select Print
