Library Chat

Virtually "drop-in" for on-demand assistance using our chat box, which will connect momentarily with a library team member. This option is great for quick questions, but less ideal for longer, in-depth research support.

Tutoring

Schedule a 1-on-1 appointment with a librarian for 30 minutes of in-depth research assistance. You can meet with a librarian face-to-face at the Downtown or Lawrence campuses or online via Zoom. 

Choose your applicable course and the Reason of Research Assistance to work with a librarian.

We will focus on Opposing Viewpoints, EBSCOhost, and ProQuest Research Library databases.

  • Narrow a research topic 

  • Be able to recognize and use select library databases 

  • Implement research strategies to create focused searches and choose credible and relevant articles
