The official language of Argentina is Spanish, and it is spoken by the majority of the population. A small percentage speak other languages, including Italian (3%), Levantine Arabic (2%), and Quechua (1%).

Argentina is the 8th largest country in the world. Located in South America, it has a large Atlantic coastline to the eat, and the Andes Mountain range to the west, as well as the Patagonia steppes, part of Antarctica, and several islands to the south.

Argentina experiences a wide array of climates, with subtropics in the northeast, and dry mountains to the west. Patagonia in the south is known for it's long winters and cool summers, while the central Pampas are know for it's mild winters and agriculture.
