Olivia Hussey is an English film, stage, and television actress. She was born in Buenos Aires, but spent most of her life in England. She won a Golden Globe Award and a David di Donatello Award for her performance in Romeo & Juliet (1968). 

Anya Taylor-Joy 

Stephanie Beatriz is an American actress, model and singer. She was born in Neuquen, Argentina and moved to the states at age two. She is known for playing Detective Rosa Diaz on Brooklyn Nine-Nine and voicing Mirabel in Encanto.

Julie Gonzalo is an Argentine-American actress. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and immigrated to Florida at age 8. She has appeared in multiple T.V shows and movies throughout her career. 

Music

Lalo Schifrin is an Argentine-American pianist, composer, arranger, and conductor. He was born in Buenos Aires to a Jewish family. He is best known for the numerous compositions he wrote for television shows and movies, most notably the theme music for Mission: Impossible. 

Ezequiel Viñao is an Argentine-American composer. He was born in Buenos Aires and immigrated to the United States in 1980 to study at the Juilliard School. 

Mildred Couper (1887-1974) was a distinguished composer and pianist and was one of the first to experiment with Quarter-Tone Music. She was educated in Italy, France, and Germany.  Her studio was based in Santa Barbara, California.

Fernando 'Frank' Caldeiro (1958-2009) was an Argentine-born American scientist and NASA astronaut. He immigrated to the United States at the age of 16. He was the first of Argentinean descent to train for a spaceflight. Even though he was never assigned a mission, he still had a long career at NASA. 

Dr. Graciela Chichilnisky is an Argentine American mathematical economist. She was born in Buenos Aires. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Global Thermostat which co-invented a technology that can capture CO2 from the air at a low cost and transform it into other usuable assets.
