1. Connectivity issues We frequently have intermittent connectivity issues between the computers and the printers. Sometimes people's documents will fail to print for no apparent reason. Most of the time we can reprint documents via Pharose Remote.
2. Adding Money to Account Often documents will not print because students have spent their semester quota ($5) and need to add money to their account. Direct them to the Bursar's Office in Express Enrollment or online at MyIvy: Pay for Printing
