Process for scheduling a test:
Go to https://www.ivytech.edu/cna/index.html. Scroll down the page and click on EXPLORE CNA & QMA EXAM RESOURCES
1. Find the link which applies to your situation–CNA Student, CNA in another state, QMA student, and so on. Click on that link for instructions about sending your application, documentation, and payment. Mail application and payment to the address listed.
2. Once your application and payment have been processed, you should receive an email notifying you that you may schedule your test. In the email, you should receive a link to https://cass.ivytech.edu/cgi-bin/index.fcgi
Click on the scheduling link and follow the prompts to request a testing appointment at the location you choose.
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
