New Voices Submission Policies
New Voices accepts submissions of original artwork, poetry, fiction, drama and creative nonfiction. Our online edition can support video submissions as well (such as slam poetry or spoken word poetry). Our reading period is September 1-March 1. Submissions sent outside of that time frame will not be considered for publication. Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but please notify us immediately if accepted for publication elsewhere.
Students must be currently-enrolled students at Ivy Tech Community College.
Students may submit up to 8 pieces during each reading period.
Please submit files as Word documents or high-quality digital images.
