Beginning in 2018, library staff meetings take place twice per year, at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters.
Individual (one-on-one) staff meetings take place roughly once every 8 weeks to track goal progress and address any issues or concerns. Staff are welcome to set more frequent meetings if needed or bring issues to me as they occur.
