Beginning your job search after graduation can be a bit overwhelming - there are so many things to remember and consider. Searching for openings, submitting applications, interviewing... each step takes time, effort, and perseverance, and it will eventually lead to the job you want.
The Ivy Tech library is a good place to look for career information. We have books to read here or check out, online books to read on a computer, and other web sites you can use to look for information about jobs in today’s economy.
Our computers are available for use in searching for jobs, submitting applications, and designing and printing professional documents, including resumes, cover letters, and portfolios.
These are locations or services provided by the Fort Wayne and Warsaw Ivy Tech Community College campuses. Students at other Ivy Tech locations may need to find information about these services through their campus.
Library resources include print books that can be found in the library, as well as eBooks that can be accessed from a web browser. Ivy Tech students can access the eBooks from anywhere by logging into MyIvy first. Other users will need to access these resources at library computer. Videos are also available, but need to be watched in the library.
Any of the general web links provided should be accessible by anyone, anywhere.
